Our electronic onboarding process makes it easy for you to learn about the company and our cloud-based operational systems no matter where you’re located. A dedicated team member will also ensure that you receive full support for all aspects of client transfer, license transfer, trading and settlement supports, and back-office training, with the goal of getting you fully operational in as little time as possible.

Our compliance team provides a range of staff- and tech-based supports that make it easier for you to meet regulatory requirements. Their multi-prong approach includes automated checks of trades, trust account deposits and balancing of trades, along with regular branch audits to identify areas needing improvement.

You’ll also receive training on current CIRO requirements, dealer policies and procedures and industry best practices, as well as proactive briefings on upcoming or proposed changes to regulatory requirements. Our prepared communications and fund fact documentation take the guesswork out of distributing client communications that are fully compliant.
